Cultural diversity, and multiculturalism will be addressed from psychological and other perspectives. The course is designed to introduce the student to diverse cultures within the United States and around the world. Special attention will be devoted to the factors that have influenced and are influencing the development of American culture, changes in American culture today, and the potential consequences those changes might, have for the American people.
